OUR WALL SYSTEMS: FEATURES AND BENEFITS
The DFMZ 1.5 Cleanroom Wall System is our most popular wall system.
It's key to a rigid and strong enclosure at a very attractive price. Wall modules are constructed with a heavy-duty, anodized, extruded aluminum frame containing a choice of insert panels.
The DFMZ 1.5 System is used in a wide variety of applications. Originally developed for Pharmacy Compounding, it is also used for pharmaceutical manufacturing, electronic production and university research labs.

Also available is our DFMZ FIP Wall System! This 4” Modular Foamed-In-Place (FIP) Wall System is ideal for large scale projects requiring structural rigidity, while staying true to DFMZ’s renowned quality. It is also commonly used to create cleanrooms inside unconditioned spaces such as warehouses due to the system's excellent insulating properties. Wall panels will be 4” thick and fabricated with smooth white galvanized steel facings on both sides and a core of high pressure injected polyurethane foam (ozone friendly CFC-free formula). These wall panels are recommended for suites with footprints of several hundred or thousand sq.-ft.

DFMZ Ceiling System is designed to provide a clean and reliable ceiling system for either new or existing cleanrooms, ensuring quality and performance that meets the demands of the facility’s requirements.

Ceiling system constructed with heavy-duty anodized aluminum T-bar grid to support Fan Filter Modules, lights, and tiles. All ceiling to wall transitions are coved. Ceiling grid is self-supporting for shorter spans. Seismic bracing optional with design, drawings and signoff by a structural engineer offered.

​DFMZ Swing Door: Swing Doors with nominal 36” openings c/w Push-Pull hardware and door closers. The doors will have aluminum frames and be equipped with 3/16” clear acrylic inserts in both upper and lower sections for visibility. The construction of the system is seamless with virtually no ledges as per NAPRA requirements.

DFMZ Windows: Laminated Glass Windows c/w aluminum 4” structural frame system. Windows are mounted inside reinforced DFMZ-FIP wall system and are virtually flush to one side or both side. The construction of the system is seamless with virtually no ledges as per NAPRA requirements.
